The prestigious Royal Grammar School (RGS) Worcester is the chosen venue for the festival once again.
There is limited onsite parking at the rear of the school in the Performing Arts Centre car park, off Tennis Walk, but there are a number of public car parks within easy walking distance.
The nearest train station is Foregate Street, approx 8 mins walk, and several bus routes pass by the school.

RGS Worcester is a large school and therefore classrooms are spread out across the campus. Please allow sufficient time to move from one area to another in order to get to your class on time. The programme of class times is usually available one month before the festival.
Click here for the site map to find out how to locate your WCAF class. This map will also be available in Festival reception.
Disabled access is limited.
Catering will be available on festival days.
Please do not contact the school directly about the festival. Instead, please direct your email enquiries to
Mrs Rosemary Hopkins.
Everyone is very welcome to attend the festival classes. Tickets will be available online in advance of the festival and on the door.
The festival is a charity and runs on a 'not for profit' basis. Therefore entry and admission fees are crucial to run the festival and to cover the associated costs. We thank you for your support.
