INSTRUCTIONS FOR TROPHY WINNERS

If you won a trophy please return it by the 31st January so that it can be checked and prepared for the next festival. Please ensure trophies are clean and polished, carefully wrapped and enclosed in their boxes.

Please ensure the trophy AND the box it was provided in are returned.

Please do not write on or stick labels to the trophy box. If you are posting the trophy back, it needs to be wrapped before postage labels are applied.
