The poetry, prose and drama classes give aspiring actors and performers the chance to shine in a supportive and friendly environment. Trophies and medals are awarded to the winners of all competitive classes.
Classes include: Verse speaking (set verse and own choice), Verse speaking with English as an additional language, Verse speaking in pairs, Group dramatised verse, Prepared prose reading, Sightreading, Acting, Shakespeare, Devised drama and classes for participants to write and perform their own, original work.
Poetry, Prose and Drama
We are extremely excited to be collaborating with local authors and poets and West End stars to offer poetry, prose and musical theatre workshops this year. These are open to all, but book early to avoid disappointment, as places are limited.
